Property History:

The Williams Ranch has been held in the same family for multiple generations, and historically ran as a cattle ranch with a large scale hay component as well.


As you drive in through the main entrance of the property, through the stone and iron gated entry, you are welcomed by the spacious one-story home designed for comfortable, easy living with spacious rooms and two fireplaces. This home, built in 1999, includes plenty of room for entertaining and plenty of space to move around.

The formal dining room and large living room with a see-through fireplace open into the adjacent family room. Road/Frontage Access:

The property features over 5,590 +/- feet of frontage on FM 67, an asphalt road that runs northeast to Hwy 81 and southwest to the small town of Blum, TX. On the west side of the ranch there is 4,000+/- feet of frontage on a county road.


This ranch is located in the Eco-region of Texas known as the “Eastern Cross Timbers.” The land represents the idyllic rolling grass lands seen in this part of the state. Topography on the ranch ranges from approximately 788 +/- feet above sea level at the highest point, to approximately 700 +/- feet above sea level at the lowest point near the Darr Branch Creek.

The pastures on this ranch include 355+/- acres of Coastal Bermuda and 282+/- acres of native pastures. There are seven separate pastures all with nine spring fed tanks and beautiful hardwoods scattered throughout the property, making it ideal for rotating and grazing cattle on this income producing ranch.


There are nine spring fed tanks which serve to water both livestock and wildlife. Darr Branch creek runs through the center of the property, with two small feeder creeks that run south to two of the spring fed ponds. The improvements are serviced by a rural water supply company.
