This ranch is located in the Cross Timbers section of Texas and has native grasses including Big and Little Bluestem, some variations of Gramma and Buffalo Grasses as well.  Terrain on the ranch varies from productive bottomland near the creeks and draws to rolling hill country and big views indicative of this part of the state.
