Predominately open cattle pasture, this land has gentle slope and 3 ponds measuring, less than an acre, 1.6 acres, and 4 acres.  One pasture is in klein grass, another in coastal Bermuda, and one in WW-B Dahl bluestem. These pastures produced around 250 round bales of hay in 2019, and the balance is in native grasses.  There are some live oaks, cedars, and elm trees scattered around the edges of the pastures.
