There are a total of 3 main pastures which have historically been used either for hay production or food plots. The pastures are approximately 16 +/- AC, 11.4 +/- AC, and 12.5 +/- AC in size. The ranch has a gentle roll to it characteristic of much of the land in the surrounding area, with a variety of oak trees, Live Oaks, Elm, Cedar Elm, Mesquite, and Juniper trees throughout the ranch ideal for wildlife habitat and cover.
