Indian Creek Ranch offers a diverse habitat for both livestock and wildlife throughout the property. There are a total of 3 main pastures which have historically been used either for hay production or food plots. The pastures are approximately 16 +/- AC, 11.4 +/- AC, and 12.5 +/- AC in size. The ranch has a gentle roll to it characteristic of much of the land in the surrounding area, with a variety of oak trees, Live Oaks, Elm, Cedar Elm, Mesquite, and Juniper trees throughout the ranch ideal for wildlife habitat and cover. Soil types on the ranch include Pedernales fine sandy loam, Bosque loam, and Karnes loam. These soils are well suited for rangeland, pastureland, wooded land, and agriculture.


The main water feature on the ranch is Indian Creek, with approximately .25 miles of frontage on both sides of the creek. The border of the property is the creek for majority of the eastern side of the ranch.
