The water on this ranch is truly incredible. The main water feature on this property is the 52 +/- AC lake that sits in the northeastern portion of the property. The lake was originally part of a gravel-mining plan but has been well set up for fish and wildlife habitat. In addition to the main body of water, there are some smaller tanks and draws on the property that hold water as well. Additionally, there is a community water line that is running north and south on FM 1129 that could be tapped into. It is unknown at this time if there is a water tap on the property.

Terrain/Topography:

Elevation on the property ranges from 360 +/- feet above sea level at the highest point near the southern boundary line, to approximately 320 +/- feet above sea level near the banks of the lake.  There are some elevations that occur around the lake that are not represented on a topographical map. Majority of the property is level, though there are some areas with great views surrounding the lake.
