As the President of Apex Coolers LLC, a company catering to the western lifestyle and Texas ranching community, Sean led the design and production of groundbreaking products while building nationwide distribution networks. This role showcased his ability to identify market opportunities, develop effective strategies, and deliver value to customers.
In his earlier legal career, Sean served as the Founding Partner of Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum LLC. Here, he demonstrated exceptional negotiation and strategic planning skills, managing large-scale national settlement programs, such as the $5 billion Vioxx Litigation Settlement. His legal expertise and ability to navigate high-stakes scenarios continue to inform his approach to real estate.
Currently, Sean manages Brennan Vineyards LLC, where he oversees agricultural operations and farming activities. Under his leadership, the winery has been transformed into a profitable enterprise, balancing efficient operations with a commitment to quality and sustainability. These experiences underscore Sean’s ability to lead, adapt, and succeed across diverse industries.
Sean has been married to his wife, Susie, for 31 years. Together, they have three sons—Ryan, Parker, and Blair—and a daughter-in-law, Colleen. Sean and his family are active members of
Highland Park United Methodist Church, reflecting their strong ties to faith, family and community.
