The house was built with stone walls, and a raised-seam metal roof with gutters and downspouts.

The open floor plan is perfect for families of all sizes with plenty of room for entertaining, gathering around the stone hearth, and toasting marshmallows in the wood-burning fireplace. A large eat-in kitchen, with marble counters and backsplash, GE Monogram appliances, gas cook top, and walk-in pantry, includes a large breakfast bar that flows to the dining area and living room.
